It is then possible to react on such warnings and alerts to prevent the Search Service to become inaccessible.

Production Process Management Service
The Production Process Management is the continuous process to perform routine checks to the entire system to discover any possible problem areas, and to make minor adjustments to the system to improve operational stability.

On Call Service
Comperio senior consultants are available to correct any critical issues that have occurred to the Search Service. A fixed Service Level Agreement describes the response time which Comperio operates with.
